Widget overview

The My emails widget displays the latest emails sent to the users in their Microsoft Outlook inbox. This widget also enables the users to access, with a single click, the composition of a new message or their inbox.

User functionality

The My emails widget provides quick access, from Teams, to your latest received emails. Read emails appear in gray, while unread ones appear in blue.

You can also open an Outlook page to compose an email by clicking on the bubble with a pencil 💬 on the left, and open your email space directly by clicking on the envelope ✉️ on the right.

Use cases

The widget is useful to:

• Have a quick view of the latest received emails, without leaving Teams.

Widget configuration

There are no configuration settings to adjust. The information is displayed directly.
