Widget overview

The My meetings widget displays the users' upcoming daily meetings and allows them to directly access the appointments in Teams.

The user can also accept or decline a meeting within the widget.

User functionality

The My meetings widget helps increase productivity by displaying the user's schedule for the day directly. If needed, by clicking on "Calendar" in the top right corner, the user has quick access to the rest of their schedule.

Use cases

The widget can be used to:

• Anticipate meetings for the day ;
• Manage meetings: change one's response and/or cancel them (if the user is the organizer) ;
• Quickly access information: time and organizer ;
• Participate directly in Teams meetings.

Widget configuration

There is no configuration setting to adjust.

Meetings found in the Outlook/Teams calendar appear directly in the widget.
