Widget overview
The News hub is a communication widget that displays the social media channels defined by your company, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and RSS feeds. It allows employees to follow and react to posts.
This widget enhances your communication strategy by incorporating external sources.
Its objectives include:

Centralize and unify your communication: External communication is automatically integrated into your dashboard. No need for duplicate data entry; the feed is organic.

Drive engagement: Enable employees to react to your external posts and turn them into ambassadors.

Aggregate posts from your areas of interest and partners: Stay connected to the market and stakeholders by gathering posts from your interests and partners.
User functionality
Stay updated on external news related to your company through the News hub widget! You have direct access to view new posts and interact with them (like, share). You can also follow other companies and news through the selection made by your company.
You can open the news link by clicking on it or on the symbol at the bottom left, and share it using the shortcut at the bottom right!
Use cases
This widget enables you to:
- Follow news about your company through various channels and easily share them ;
- Conduct competitive monitoring by tracking the news of your competitors ;
- Stay informed about the market by following important players.
Widget configuration
The links that can be displayed for each social network are chosen by the company.
News hub requires the creation of developer accounts on the various social networks you plan to use to obtain direct access to their service via API.
Then, you need to configure these accesses within the Jint Configurator.

Social Networks
Here are the various social networks from which you can retrieve posts:
- RSS Feed: the widget displays posts from public RSS feeds ;
- YouTube: it shows public videos published by selected YouTube channels ;
- Facebook: it isplays posts from pages for which you are an administrator ;
- Instagram: it displays posts from Instagram Business accounts for which you are an administrator ;
- LinkedIn: Displays posts from a company, school or showcase page. Personal accounts cannot be retrieved on the New hub
*Twitter: now X, it is no longer possible to display posts from this network.
It is not possible to retrieve posts from a group, whether private or public.
Jint only retrieves posts; comments are not displayed in the widget.
Selecting the feeds to display
Feeds have been pre-defined via the Jint Configurator. Afterward, you simply need to select, for each social network on the dashboard, the relevant feeds to display in the News hub.
