How do you attract and capture the attention of your employees? Simply by creating attractively designed content that helps your users focus on the important information.

FocusBeta is a design widget, in the form of a frame, used to highlight a photo, a text or a link, directing the user to the relevant information. It helps you create a well-designed space for your Digital Workplace. 

This widget is currently available in beta version.
It will be completed over the next month with more features.
Some features are subject to change.

User functionality

The FocusBeta widget enables the contributor to broadcast important information to users by creating a frame with an image, text, display tags and a Call to Action button. Users can read the information on the widget and click on the button to be redirected to another site. This widget is ideal for creating more stunning and attractive pages that can help capture the user's attention.

Use cases

This widget can be used to communicate information in a number of situations:

• Distribute important information to users ;
• Enhance workspace design by adding a background or content image ;
• Display event invitations for employees ;
• Direct users to the right information with an action button.

Widget configuration

There are four categories of settings available for the widget FocusBeta:

• Template choice 
• Title/Paragraph
• Image or color
• Redirection link

• Template choice: to choose the layout of the content (card, tile, and image and legend).

• Title/paragraph: 

hoose the text content for your widget by giving it a title and writing a paragraph. Below each field, you can also select the text color.

• Image or color: Allows to choose a color (from a color palette) or a background image (from a URL).

You can enable glassmorphism, which allows you to add a translucent overlay to your background.

• Redirection link: allows to add (or not) a redirection link via a URL.

You can choose whether the widget is a clickable element that redirects to the direct link, or if you add an action button within the widget that redirects to the link. You can customize the button with the text of your choice.
