Widget overview
The My Apps widget displays the application icons redirecting users to business applications provided by the company (defined within SharePoint).
The users can configure, using filters, the applications (among those selected in the Jint Configurator by the company) that they want to display in the widget, in order to have quick access to them.
User functionality
Display your applications with the My Apps widget and open them with a single click. Choose among the applications provided by your company the ones that are most relevant to you and have them available at all times!
The carousel lets you scroll through your applications to make sure you have access to all of them.
Use cases
The My Apps widget can be used to display:
- The most important company applications for each dedicated business dashboard;
- The users' favorite applications on their personal dashboard.
Widget configuration
The configuration allows you to choose the content that is broadcast by the widget.
- Navigation > Favorites: displays only the applications marked as favorites by the user in the Unified Experience of Jint.
- Navigation > Applications from categories: displays the available categories configured in the Jint Configurator that classifies the company's applications. The user can search for them using the search bar and choose one, several, or select all of them (using the "Select All" button).
Technical information
My Apps displays your list of applications set up in the Jint Configurator.
