The Unified Experience from Jint enhances productivity on SharePoint by centralizing navigation, customization, and collaboration for a seamless experience.

Entra ID Technical Prerequisites

Required access: Entra ID Administrator

Permissions must be delegated to the APIs and the Configurator for authentication and activation. See Jint Prerequisites and Installation for the procedure.

Activation in the Configurator

Required access:

• Target site administrator
• Jint Unified Experience administrator

Steps:

• Copy the part of the URL after sharepoint.com/ (e.g., sites/MySite).
• In the Configurator, under Activations, select "Activate".

• Paste the URL into "Apply to" then click Apply.

❗ Repeat the operation for each site.

Deactivation of the Unified Experience

In the Configurator:

• Go to Activations.
• Copy the part of the URL after sharepoint.com/ (e.g., sites/MySite).
• Select "Deactivate", paste the URL into "Apply to" then click Apply.

Activating the Unified Experience adds a User Custom Action:
