Widget overview
The My tasks widget groups and displays user's tasks from various Microsoft 365 applications. It brings together tasks from Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Loop and Outlook. My tasks helps centralize all the users' information in the Digital Dorkspace to help them organize their day and stay on top of their priority tasks.
User functionality
With My tasks, users can view their tasks from various Microsoft 365 applications:
- Microsoft To Do: all tasks listed in To Do are available ;
- Microsoft Planner: the widget displays all tasks assigned to you and your plans ;
- Microsoft Loop: the widget shows tasks from your Loop pages ;
- Outlook: Emails marked with a follow-up flag can be viewed in the "Flagged email" tab.
You can validate/invalidate tasks directly within the widget.
Tasks are grouped by To-Do list. You can also access all the sub-tasks you have created to plan your actions.
By clicking the button in the top right, you can open the application related to the task directly in Teams.
Use cases
You can add the My tasks widget to:
- Create a personal dashboard page for your users ;
- Display users' tasks in Digital Workplace to improve their productivity.
Widget configuration
You just need to choose the default list displayed when opening the dashboard.
All the other lists remain accessible at all times.
