What is an application
An application is characterized by a name, a link, and optionally, an icon. It serves as a link to a corporate application. Unlike the unified navigation, which consists of a few links to allow users to navigate the initial levels of their Digital Workplace, applications can be numerous and do not follow a specific hierarchy.
The Applications feature in the unified experience provides administrators with the ability to save links to various corporate applications, thus facilitating quick and unrestricted access. This functionality allows users to add applications to their favorites, providing maximum flexibility to customize their experience.
Setting up applications
Application settings are made in the Mozzaik365 Configurator. You need to be an administrator of the unified experience to see the options.
Click on the Applications link in the navigation bar. The list of all applications is then displayed, and it is possible to add/modify/delete them. The order of the applications can be changed using the drag and drop option, and it is important to note that the user will see the applications in the same order as defined here.
Good to know! If there are more than 15 applications, you can search for an application using the search bar.
- How to add a logo for your application?
You can add it manually by clicking on "add an application" and you will have several lines:
- Title: the name of the application that will be displayed to users

The URL: the address to which users will be redirected
Attention : The application URL must meet one of the following requirements:It must use the HTTPS format;
Or be of type mailto.
The application icon: the visual that will make it easy to recognize the application
The option to open the application in a new tab
Hide the application when connected via a mobile phone

You have two options for adding the icon:
- Use the Location field to quickly access the network locations already used in your application icons. This gives you quick access to the folder where you've stored all your images. Once you've selected a location, you can complete the URL of the icon you want by entering the file name of the icon.
The recommended image size is 32px*32px
🚨Jint does not host your icons. You must therefore ensure that they are hosted on a location that is internal to your company, but accessible to all your employees!
- If you have a lot of information to modify, you can also export it and import your application list inCSV format using the Import and Export buttons.

- Favorites
If there are favorite applications, the unified experience displays two zones: "My Applications" and "All Applications"
By clicking on the star of one or more applications, you can designate them as favorites
