This article describes the "Documents" web part that allows you to view your company's documents.
Add component
- If you're not already in edit mode, click edit at the top right of the page.
- Hover the mouse pointer above or below an existing web part or below the title box and click the + button, then select the "Documents" web part.
- Click edit items on the left to set web part options.

Research possibilities
- On the whole tenant
- On the current site
- In a particular SharePoint folder (specifying its URL)
For a document to display, it must be an Office template type (docx, xlsx, pptx).
The maximum number of documents displayed is configurable. The last modified documents are displayed first.
"All documents" button
For the button to appear, the redirect URL must be defined
The button can be displayed above or below the component.
The color of the button is that of the default theme, but it remains customizable.
The button name is customizable.
