Presentation of the component
This article describes the "Roles contact" WebPart component that allows you to display people and their roles, while redefining the role if necessary when it is different from the one entered in the AD.
Add the web part
Open the edit mode of the SharePoint page by clicking on edit at the top right of the page,
Position the mouse over or under an existing web part, and click the "+" button to open the web part catalog.
Search or scroll down in the catalog to select the Roles contact web part
The web part is added to the desired location.
Roles contact web part options
The following elements can be configured in the contributor panel:
- The display of a border around the elements
- The display of a description or contact icons
- The display theme
The following elements can be set directly in the WebPart, and in the Panel that opens when clicking on the "Add a new contact" button:
- Title of the WebPart
- Add a new contact among the people of the Tenant
- A description text
