Presentation of the component

This article describes the "Survey" WebPart component that allows to create polls. The poll is then available for voting to the collaborators with a display of the result.

Add the web part

1. Open the edit mode of the SharePoint page by clicking on edit at the top right of the page,

2. Position the mouse over or under an existing web part, and click the "+" button to open the web part catalog. 

3. Search or scroll down in the catalog to select the Survey web part

4. The web part is added to the desired location. 

Survey web part options

You can select an existing list in which to save the surveys, or create a new list directly from the component.

Once the list is created, you can create surveys with the question and several answers.
