How to Use Jint Instant Translation

License

The instant translation is offered as a standalone solution or as a complementary feature to the Jint solution.

The use of instant translation is subject to a license and subscription. To subscribe to instant translation, please contact your Customer Success Manager, or reach out to the sales team if not.

Installation

If you are already a user of the Jint solution, we invite you to refer to the following chapters in the Jint requirements and installation guide:

If you are not a customer of the Jint solution, the installation description is provided in the documentation Translator requirements and installation guide.

Instant Translation Configuration

Instant translation feature will be available in all your SharePoint Site for which at least 2 languages has been set up. All users naturally have access to Instant translation without any additional configuration. 

Translate Your Pages in any Languages

Jint Instant Translation enhance your SharePoint by giving your users access to multilingual content translation seamlessly.

All your users have access to an additional “Translate into other languages” menu in the SharePoint language selection.

Users can choose from a list of 51 languages to translate page content.

The entire page content is translated directly into the user's browser, without being saved, and disappears as soon as the user leaves or refreshes the page.

❗You might see original language appear before being translated due to the translation delay and SharePoint lazy loading : SharePoint loads the rest of the page only when you scroll to display it.
