Overview
The Jint Contribution Center transforms internal communication by simplifying the way content is created, managed, and shared across your digital workplace. It offers a fluid, intuitive experience that boosts productivity, strengthens engagement, and helps contributors deliver higher-quality content.
Why rethink internal content creation?
Many organizations face the same challenges:
Cumbersome processes: Manual and scattered creation steps slow down contributors and reduce overall productivity.
Low impact content: Internal publications often fail to capture attention or generate engagement.
Limited visibility on performance: Without metrics, it’s difficult to understand what works and adjust accordingly.
The Contribution Center helps you overcome these barriers by centralizing content creation and governance, empowering contributors, and facilitating alignment between communication teams and business units.
Key benefits:
Create easily: Contributors can create pages or news articles directly from the Contribution Center, with guidance and even AI assistance, ensuring consistency and completeness.
Drive engagement: Share publications across Microsoft Teams, Email, Viva Engage, and other channels to reach your audience where they are.
Measure impact: Track performance using Jint Metrics to refine your communication strategy and optimize your content.
Maintain control: Manage access and define contributor groups via the Jint Configurator, ensuring smooth and secure governance.
By bringing together simplicity, collaboration, and analytics, the Contribution Center makes content creation a seamless part of everyday communication.
