Current Status: Investigation Underway

We have identified a malfunction that prevents the Contribution Center from displaying for some users, even when the feature is properly configured on the administrator side.

Observed Symptoms

• The "+" button in the Unified Experience (left sidebar) does not appear
• The Contribution Center cannot be found through navigation
• The issue occurs even though the tenant configuration is correct

What Is Not Affected

The existing configuration remains intact. No action is required on your part: there is no need to reconfigure or reinstall the feature.

Ongoing Actions

Our technical teams have taken charge of the incident and are actively working to identify the root cause. We are making this issue a priority.
