Current Status: Investigation in Progress
Hello,
We have identified a malfunction affecting the import of images into the Interactive Image component in a specific case detailed below.*
Observed Symptoms
The issue occurs only when importing an image stored on your computer: Interactive Image configuration > Select an image > Import > Choose a file > Select the image > Open > Add a file
In this case, the image does not display in the component after import.
⚠️ Images selected from OneDrive or a SharePoint library are not affected by this malfunction and work normally.
Available Workaround
You can work around this issue by first importing your image into OneDrive or a SharePoint library, then selecting it from that location within the Interactive Image component.
This method works correctly and allows you to continue using the component without interruption.
