Overview

Check the usage statistics of your Jint Digital Workplace! Want to know your weekly user rate? Curious about which spaces are the most visited? Or whether the temporary space created for the Christmas holidays boosted overall traffic? This tool answers all these questions.

Access

From the Jint configurator, this feature allows you to access the metrics of your intranet. You can thus monitor its usage by employees, as well as the most visited content and sites.

You have two sections:

• Digital Workplace: this section provides information on the overall platform usage, as well as data related to users;
• Engagement and Communication: here you will find detailed traffic data, including information by site, page, and article.

Digital Workplace

In this section, you have 3 metrics that you can filter:

• Number of users: over the period of your choice, average daily users and total distinct users
• User distribution: Active if active in the past week, Regular if active in the past month, and Occasional if active in the past year
• Daily active users

Engagement and Communication

In this section, you also have 3 metrics:

• Most viewed pages: ranking of the most viewed pages according to the selected period
• Most viewed articles: ranking of the most viewed articles according to the selected period
• Most viewed sites: ranking of SharePoint sites with the highest total page views over the selected period

Data Depth

You have one year of data history, with data collection starting on September 14, 2023.

Data Security

Your data is retained for only one year. The collected data is anonymized to prevent identification of the user generating the activity.
