The Metrics feature allows you to track the usage of your Jint Digital Workplace. Want to know the number of active users on your intranet? Identify the most visited sites and pages? Find out which WebPart components are the most used? This tool centralizes all this data to help you manage your platform.

Access
The Metrics feature is accessible from the Jint Configurator (config.jint.io), in the left sidebar menu, under the Metrics section.
It consists of two distinct dashboards:
- Your Digital Workplace: user engagement and activity on the intranet
- Feature Usage: adoption and usage of Jint WebPart components
Your Digital Workplace
This dashboard is accessible via Metrics > Your Digital Workplace.
It gathers engagement and viewing data, organized into four tabs.
Users
This tab shows activity indicators for intranet users:
- Unique global users: total number of distinct users during the selected period
- Average daily users: daily average of active users
- Daily active users: bar chart of the number of people logged in or performing activity each day
- User distribution: distribution into three categories — Active (active in the past week), Regular (active in the past month), and Occasional (active in the past year)
Sites
This tab displays:
- Active sites: number of SharePoint sites with at least one session during the period
- Sessions: total volume of sessions generated
- Most visited sites: ranking of SharePoint sites by number of sessions, with their URLs
Pages
This tab presents:
- Active pages: number of pages with at least one view
- Page views: total volume of pages viewed
- Average views per page
- Trend over time: line chart over the selected period
- Most visited pages: ranking of the most visited pages with their URLs
Articles
This tab displays the ranking of most viewed articles, with their URLs and number of views.
Feature Usage
This dashboard is accessible via Metrics > Feature Usage.
It allows you to track the adoption of Jint WebPart components deployed on your SharePoint sites. It consists of two tabs.
WebParts
This tab provides an aggregated view of the usage of all Jint WebPart components:
- Total WebPart components: total number of Jint WebPart component instances present on the tenant
- Distinct web components: number of different types of components used
- Active sites with Jint components: number of SharePoint sites with at least one Jint component
- Core Web Part Adoption: tracking adoption of high-value Jint WebPart components, with an indicator of the number of key components added
- Most viewed web components: ranking of components by total page views
WebPart Details
This tab allows analysis of the usage of a specific WebPart component. Select a component from the dropdown menu to display:
- The trend in the number of views over time
- The ranking of the most viewed instances, with their associated page URLs
Available Filters
Both dashboards have filters applicable at the top right of the interface:
- Period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 365 days, or Custom
- Sites: filter data on one or more specific SharePoint sites, or keep the view on all sites (All sites)
Security and Data Depth
Data depth: you have one year of history, starting from the date the feature was activated on your tenant.
Security: collected data is anonymized and does not allow individual user identification. It is retained for a maximum of one year.
