What Has Been Fixed
The internal bug that prevented the collection and display of statistical data has been identified and fixed by our teams. The patch was deployed on May 6, 2026.
The statistics for your newsletters (open rate, click rate, etc.) are now displayed correctly again.

We have identified a malfunction currently affecting the Newsletter module of Jint.
Observed Symptoms
- The statistics for your newsletters show 0% on all indicators (open rate, click rate, etc.)
- This behavior affects all newsletters sent
Important Note
⚠️ Your newsletters are being sent properly and are arriving correctly at your recipients. Only the display of statistics is impacted. There is no need to resend your communications.
Identified Cause
Our teams have identified the cause of the malfunction. It is an internal bug affecting the collection and display of statistical data. The sending of newsletters is not impacted.
Ongoing Actions
A fix is currently under development. Our teams are actively working on finalizing and deploying it.
Next Steps
The fix is scheduled to be delivered during the week of April 27, 2026. The statistics should be restored and displayed correctly from that date.
