Status: Resolved
The cause of the issue has been identified. The Contribution Center does not display when Jint domains are blocked by SharePoint security settings or your organization's network infrastructure. Two actions are required to resolve the issue.
Identified Cause
The loading of the Contribution Center depends on resources hosted on the domains https://sp-cdn.jint.io and https://cdn.jint.io. If these domains are not allowed in SharePoint or are filtered by your network, the component cannot display—even if the configuration in the Configurator is correct.
Actions to Take
1. Add the Jint domains to SharePoint Trusted Script Sources
⚠️ This operation must be performed by your SharePoint administrator.
- Go to the SharePoint Admin Center.
- In the left menu, click on Advanced.
- Navigate to the Trusted Script Sources section.
- Add the following two addresses:
https://sp-cdn.jint.iohttps://cdn.jint.io
- Save the changes.
2. Allow Jint domains in your network infrastructure
⚠️ This step applies only if your organization uses a VPN, firewall, or proxy.
Contact your network administrator to add the following addresses to the list of allowed domains:
https://sp-cdn.jint.iohttps://cdn.jint.io
After These Actions
Reload the SharePoint page. The Contribution Center should display normally.
If the problem persists after completing these two actions, contact Jint Support and mention “CONTRIBUTION CENTER NOT VISIBLE” in your message.
